Claud Butler 22" Frame Mountain Bikes.

We have 3 x 22" mountain bikes. 2 are Claud Butler Alpinas and one is a Claud Butler Cape Wrath.

The Claud Butler Alpina front suspension mountain bike is designed for most recreational off road riding, combining a state of the art hyrdo-formed frame, big name brands and ultra strong components to deal with even the most difficult of terrain.

The Alpina’s lightweight aluminium frame is fitted with the high performance Shimano Acera 24 speed gears to help tackle steep ascents, large travel Suntour XCM lockout forks to provide comfort and effective handling as you hurtle down the trail and Avid BB-5 disc brakes to give you strong stopping ability as you reach the bottom. The Claud Butler Alpina is the perfect example of an all action mountain bike offering great performance and stylish looks.

FRAME: Claud Butler XC Hydro-Pro frame. 6061 T4-T6 Aluminium, disc specific with replaceable gear hanger, hydro formed top tube and compliance snake stays, semi-integrated head tube and CNC dropouts.
FORK: SUNTOUR XCM-MLO disc specific with A-head steerer, alloy crown and lowers with pre-load adjustment, mechanical lockout and 100mm of travel. GEARS: SHIMANO Acera 24 Speed with STI shifters.
CHAINSET: Guarded TRUVATIV X-FLOW alloy chain set with TRUVATIV cartridge bottom bracket 22/32/42t
STEERING: Oversize semi-integrated A-headset, A-head stem, riser bar and dual density grips.
BRAKES: QUAD QMD-5 mechanical disc system on 160mm/180mm rotors.
WHEELS: ZAC2000 double wall alloy rims with CNC braking surface, equipped with 32 hole quick release alloy hubs. 8 speed free hub.
